What is your return policy?

Prints by Starewell Productions are completed through Printful, a fulfillment service company. As the fulfillment provider, Printful determines the terms and conditions of our return policy.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact Starewell Productions.
Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Size exchanges are at the seller's expense. Therefore, size exchanges require that a new order be placed at the standard rate.

If your order is damaged in any way, be sure to immediately take pictures of its condition and send them with your inquiry.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Printful's fulfillment process takes about 2–7 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Once product has been fulfilled, shipping for domestic US orders can take about 3-5 business days.
